unfortunately after a re-installation of my doorphone together with my entrance door the relay don't switch via the DTMF signal.
I checked following:
- DTMF code under "Intercom - Relay - 1/2/3"
- entry at the VBELL App and enabled DTMF opening
- Relay switch via http command
Do you have any further hint for me?

after some investigations i solved this issue.
The caller must be in the phonebook.
Enter the callernumber and everything is fine ...
Or disable the DTMF whitelist (in Intercom > Relay settings).
It's obviously somewhat of a security risk if any phone extension can open it, but it all depends on in your environment. If you have many phones (and/or constantly adding more) it'd be difficult to add each of them to the phone book.
